Dear Settler,

ur investigation into the recent website connection issues has revealed that external factors were the main cause.
We have since restared services and are implementing additional measures to further strengthen our
infrastructure against potential future attacks.

As a token of appreciation we attached a compensation for you and are grateful for your patience.

Dear Settler,
on 12. September we had yet anather downtime of aur services and are truly sorry that this caused inconveniences.
As a sorry, we will offer you a package that should make up for the lost time, daily login bonus and Premium.
We can assure you, we are working hard to avoid such issues and fixed the cause.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Dear islander,
Your mayor stands before you with his head bowed.
There is no mistaking that the great storm of the last few days has hit your beautiful island hard.
A complete downtime! Nothing worked and of course that was not what he wanted for your peaceful little island.
As a token of his apology, he has placed a small package in your mailbox to stand by you during this difficult time and to show you that he is truly sorry.

May your island blossom again in full bloam and prepare for the coming Halloween season.
